Description
Instant coffee and cappuccino gelato are perfect components for jazzing up a frothy dessert drink. Vanilla or coffee ice cream can be substituted for gelato, if desired.

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 tbsp. dark roast instant coffee crystals | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Select frozen cappuccino gelato | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee skim milk |
Directions
- Place water, sugar and coffee in a blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds or until frothy.
- Place 2 scoops gelato in a tall glass. Pour coffee mixture over top. Add milk and serve immediately.
