1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes | ||
⅔ c. fresh mozzarella pearls | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||

Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare orzo according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
- Toss orzo with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or make ahead of time and chill covered in refrigerator.
