1 c. loosely packed chopped basil
1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
⅔ c. fresh mozzarella pearls
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare orzo according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. Toss orzo with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or make ahead of time and chill covered in refrigerator.
