10 caramels, each cut into 4 pieces | ||
⅔ c. caramel ice cream topping | ||
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust | ||
½ c. chopped pecans |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Toss together lemon juice and apples. Stir in flour, caramels and ice cream topping.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with pecans.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
