    1 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    2 c. Hy-Vee flour
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee baking cocoa
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 (13 oz) pkg Rolo candy, unwrapped
    ½ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. With an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg.
    3. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix at low speed until blended.
    4. For each cookie, use 1 tablespoon dough to encase one Hershey's Rolo™ completely.
    5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    7. Remove cookies from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
    8. Dust with powdered sugar.
