2 qt. Hy-Vee popped popcorn | ||
2 c. coarsely broken gingersnap cookies |
Directions
- Heat caramels and water in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Combine popcorn and chopped gingersnap cookies in a large bowl.
- Drizzle caramel mixture over the popcorn mixture. Toss to coat.
- Shape mixture into 12 balls. Place on waxed paper and let cool.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
