    2 tbsp. water
    2 qt. Hy-Vee popped popcorn
    2 c. coarsely broken gingersnap cookies

    Directions

    1. Heat caramels and water in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
    2. Combine popcorn and chopped gingersnap cookies in a large bowl.
    3. Drizzle caramel mixture over the popcorn mixture. Toss to coat.
    4. Shape mixture into 12 balls. Place on waxed paper and let cool.
    5. Wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
