    Hy-Vee caramel-flavored syrup, for serving

    Directions

    1. Melt butter in a 12-oz. microwave-safe mug. Stir in granulated and brown sugars, vanilla, and salt. Beat in egg using a fork; beat in flour until smooth. Stir in white chocolate chips.

    2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1½ minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve topped with gelato, caramel-flavored syrup and pretzels, if desired.
