1 ½ c. crushed graham cracker crumbs | ||
6 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 (18.4 oz) box Pillsbury classic brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on package | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows | ||
Caramel sauce, as needed |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt; press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake until golden, about 8 minutes; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread over baked graham cracker layer and bake according to brownie mix directions; cool completely.
- Top baked brownies with marshmallows; broil until golden, about 1 minute; cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
