    1 ½ c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
    6 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    Hy-Vee salt
    1 (18.4 oz) box Pillsbury classic brownie mix, plus ingredients listed on package
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows
    Caramel sauce, as needed

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
    2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt; press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake until golden, about 8 minutes; cool completely.
    3. Meanwhile, prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread over baked graham cracker layer and bake according to brownie mix directions; cool completely.
    4. Top baked brownies with marshmallows; broil until golden, about 1 minute; cool. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
