    4 (12 x 18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty aluminum foil
    1 (15.25 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
    1 ½ lbs. medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 tbsp. seafood seasoning
    ½ c. butter or margarine, cut up
    ¼ c. packed brown sugar
    1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice
    4 servings hot cooked rice

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Center one-fourth of pineapple chunks on each sheet of Reynolds™ foil. Arrange shrimp in even layer over pineapple. Combine peppers, ginger and seasoning; sprinkle over shrimp. Top with butter and brown sugar. Drizzle with lemon juice.
    3. Bring up foil sides. Double-fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
    4. Grill 8 to 10 minutes in a covered grill OR bake 12 to 14 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven. Serve over rice.
