1 tbsp. sesame oil | ||
¼ tsp. red chili flakes | ||
½ c. roasted and salted cashews | ||
3 c. cooked and chopped chicken | ||
¼ c. diced green onion | ||
1 ½ c. seedless red grapes |
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, sesame oil and red chili flakes.
- Stir in cashews, chicken, green onion and grapes. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
