    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tbsp. honey
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    ¼ tsp. red chili flakes
    ½ c. roasted and salted cashews
    3 c. cooked and chopped chicken
    ¼ c. diced green onion
    1 ½ c. seedless red grapes

    Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, sesame oil and red chili flakes.
    2. Stir in cashews, chicken, green onion and grapes. Toss gently to coat.
    3. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
