    5 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat shredded mild cheddar cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    ½ c. Hy-Vee panko crumbs

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Bring a large pot half-full of water to a boil. Add chopped cauliflower and cook at a medium boil for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
    3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Place in a 2-quart baking dish.
    4. Sprinkle panko over cauliflower mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
