1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat shredded mild cheddar cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee panko crumbs |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bring a large pot half-full of water to a boil. Add chopped cauliflower and cook at a medium boil for 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Place in a 2-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle panko over cauliflower mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
