1 (3 oz) pkg ramen noodles (discarding seasoning packet) | ||
1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli florets | ||
2 oz. Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat cream cheese | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese | ||
1 tsp. chopped fresh basil |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and broccoli florets and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain mixture, reserving 2 to 3 tablespoons cooking liquid. Return noodle mixture to saucepan and stir in cream cheese and reserved cooking liquid until smooth. Serve with Parmesan and basil.
