1 small head iceberg lettuce, cored and roughly chopped | ||
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
¼ c. chopped yellow onion | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee ranch croutons | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light ranch dressing |
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain beef and rinse with hot water.
- Meanwhile, toss together lettuce, peppers, onions, cheese and croutons in a large bowl.
- Stir in hot ground beef and ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
