1 c. Hy-Vee nonfat milk | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
2 c. cooked, shredded pork | ||
4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk together flour and milk; add to butter. Cook until mixture starts to thicken, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Continue stirring until cheese is melted. Stir in pork.
- Serve pork on hamburger buns.
