Cheesy Potatoes and Vegetables

1 (16 oz) bag frozen Green Giant mixed vegetables | ||
1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's condensed Mexican cheese soup | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste | ||
2 c. frozen Ore Ida hash browns | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ungreased 2-quart baking dish, stir together vegetables, soup, milk, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle hash browns over the vegetable mixture. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover. Bake 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
