Directions
Sprinkle potato puffs with garlic salt. Bake puffs on a rimmed baking pan for 8 minutes; flip over and continue baking an additional 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven; cool slightly.
Toss potato puffs with Parmesan, mozzarella, and Colby cheeses, minced garlic, and serrano pepper. Loosely pack mixture into prepared dish.
