½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted | ||
1 c. Cheese Whiz | ||
1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee cream of mushroom soup | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee instant rice |
Directions
- Combine vegetables and butter in a large bowl. Add Cheese Whiz, soup and rice; stir to combine. Pour into an ungreased 8-inch-square baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
