Cherry Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

1 (19.8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix | ||
3 Hy-Vee large eggs, divided | ||
¼ c. water | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 (21 oz) can Hy-Vee More Fruit cherry pie filling |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Combine brownie mix, 2 eggs, water and canola oil according to package directions. Spread brownie mix in the prepared pan.
- Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and remaining egg. Drop by tablespoons on top of brownie layer. Swirl using a knife.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool.
- Spread with pie filling. Store brownies in refrigerator.
