1 c. halved and pitted fresh red Bing cherries | ||
1 c. cored and chopped fresh pineapple | ||
1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee premium breast of chicken, drained | ||
½ c. salad dressing | ||
6 c. Hy-Vee lettuce blend |
Directions
- Pat oranges, cherries and pineapple dry on paper towels.
- Combine chicken and salad dressing in a medium bowl.
- Add oranges to chicken and gently stir. Stir in pineapple and cherries.
- Arrange chicken and fruit mixture over a prepared bed of lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
