1 (14 oz) pkg pumpkin quick bread | ||

3 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||

Directions
- Combine cherries and brandy. Set aside for 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together cherries and remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
