2 large Fuji apples, cored, chopped | ||
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice | ||
2 celery ribs, chopped | ||
1 c. pitted sweet cherries | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light mayonnaise | ||
¼ c. Daisy light sour cream | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey | ||
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee salt |
Directions
- In a large salad bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
- Stir in celery, cherries, cranberries and almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and salt until well blended. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
