¾ c. Splenda brown sugar blend | ||
2 (4 oz each) containers Motts applesauce | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
1 Hy-Vee large egg | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
2 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried blueberries |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix Splenda, applesauce and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and mix until well blended.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir into wet ingredients. Stir in oats, pecans and blueberries. Mix well.
- Spread into prepared pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely and cut into 30 bars.
