Chicken and Broccoli Salad

1 ½ lbs. chicken breast | ||
2 bunch(es) broccoli, cut in bite-sized pieces | ||
½ c. sliced red onion | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
½ tsp. dry dill weed | ||
salt and pepper, to taste | ||
1 c. sour cream | ||
1 c. salad dressing | ||
1 c. red grapes | ||
1 c. chopped walnuts | ||
chopped greens |
Directions
- Roast or poach chicken breasts. Cool and slice.
- Steam broccoli for about 2 minutes, or until broccoli turns bright green.
- Combine chicken, broccoli, onion, garlic, dill weed, salt, pepper, sour cream, salad dressing, grapes and walnuts in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
- Serve chicken salad on top of chopped greens.
