¾ tsp. curry powder |

Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in spinach. Remove from heat, and stir in rice, chicken, and pimientos.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, cheese, and curry powder. Stir into chicken mixture. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly; allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
