Description

We're always looking for new ways to bake chicken. New and simple. This 5-ingredient recipe uses honey, but you can change up the flavor by using real maple syrup.

4 (4 oz each) Hy-Vee 100%-natural boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
1 tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
4 peaches, pitted and thickly sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Flatten chicken breasts by placing one at a time in a plastic bag and pounding it flat with a rolling pin. Place in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  3. Top with honey, ginger, salt and peach slices and bake for 30 minutes.
