1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee chicken broth | ||
1 (5.4 oz) pkg Lipton herb and butter Rice Sides | ||
1 c. shredded Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken | ||
Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese, optional |
Directions
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Saute mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, chicken and pepper. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 7 minutes.
- To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
