    2 c. water
    1 ½ c. thinly sliced carrots
    4 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 (6.9 oz) box Hy-Vee chicken-flavored rice

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, bring broth, water and carrots to a boil. Stir in chicken and rice. Return to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
