1 (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided | ||
1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee chicken, drained | ||
⅔ c. finely chopped onion | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee original baking mix | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk | ||
3 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion together. Spread in the bottom of a greased 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan.
- Beat the baking mix, milk, eggs, pepper and salt together until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
