1 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed | ||
¾ c. reduced-fat classic Caesar dressing, divided | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
2 (10 oz each) pkg chopped romaine lettuce | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee Caesar-flavored croutons |
Directions
- In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken. Cook about 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup dressing. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through.
- In a large bowl, toss together chicken, remaining 1/2 cup dressing, cheese, lettuce and croutons.
