2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
2 c. water | ||
1 (8 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced water chestnuts, drained | ||
½ c. frozen Hy-Vee broccoli florets | ||
⅓ c. diced bok choy | ||
2 c. chopped skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked | ||
½ c. shredded cabbage | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce |
Directions
- In a large skillet, sauté rice and noodles in butter until noodles are golden. Stir in seasoning packet and water. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in water chestnuts, broccoli and bok choy. Cover. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken, cabbage and soy sauce. Cook until heated through.
