Chicken Guacamole Wraps

1 (9 oz) pkg Tyson fully cooked chicken breast strips, thawed | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee garden vegetable cream cheese spread, divided | ||
1 large red pepper, diced | ||
¾ c. Dean's guacamole dip | ||
4 (8-inch) Hy-Vee soft flour tortillas |
Directions
- Combine chicken, 1/4 cup cream cheese, red pepper and guacamole dip in a large bowl.
- Evenly spread remaining 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on each tortilla.
- Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in both sides of tortilla to meet in the center and roll up tortilla tightly.
- Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Before serving, remove plastic wrap and cut each into 6 pieces.
