1 medium onion, chopped | ||
2 c. uncooked macaroni | ||
2 c. cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup | ||
2 c. milk | ||
1 c. chicken broth | ||
½ lbs. Velveeta cheese, diced | ||
1 can(s) Hy-Vee biscuits |
Directions
- Combine chicken, onion, macaroni and soup in a large bowl. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Fold in cheese. Spread in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Halfway through baking time, top with biscuits.
