1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee pasta sauce | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese | ||
6 hard rolls | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee green beans, cooked | ||
6 oranges, sliced |
Directions
- In plastic resealable bag, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir cut-up chicken into beaten egg; add chicken to bread crumb mixture.
- Seal bag and shake until chicken is coated with bread crumbs.
- Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; brown chicken in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add pasta sauce and bring to boil. Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cheese is melted.
- Serve with rolls, green beans and oranges.
