2 c. rotini pasta | ||
2 c. chopped cooked chicken | ||
1 medium red onion, chopped | ||
1 (1 oz) envelope ranch dressing mix | ||
1 c. sour cream | ||
1 c. salad dressing | ||
½ tsp. garlic salt | ||
1 medium red bell pepper, diced | ||
1 medium green bell pepper, diced | ||
lettuce leaves | ||
chow mein noodles, for garnish | ||
halved cherry tomatoes, for garnish |
Directions
- Cook pasta until tender. Drain and rinse in cool water. Place pasta in 2-1/2-quart bowl.
- Add chicken, onion, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, salad dressing, garlic salt, red pepper and green pepper. Mix well.
- Chill until serving time.
- Place on lettuce leaves. Garnish with chow mein noodles and cherry tomato halves.
