2 c. frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables, thawed | ||
1 c. cooked, cubed chicken breast | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
1 Hy-Vee large egg | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, stir together soup, vegetables and chicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix. Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
