Directions
For wraps: Place chicken on microwave safe plate and microwave on HIGH for 1½ minutes.
Place lettuce on plate; add 1 piece of chicken per lettuce leaf. Add 1 tablespoon carrots and 1 tablespoon cheese, if desired. Top with ranch dressing. Gently fold and wrap. Repeat for the second wrap.
