Fast and easy. Turns leftover chicken into a scrumptious salad.

¼ c. Miracle Whip salad dressing | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 c. chopped cooked chicken breast (or canned chicken) | ||
½ c. halved white grapes | ||
¼ c. chopped walnuts | ||
¼ c. chopped celery | ||
2 tbsp. chopped red onion | ||
Lettuce leaves or croissants, optional |
Directions
- Blend Miracle Whip and sugar in a medium bowl.
- Add chicken, grapes, walnuts, celery and red onion.
- Chill until serving time.
- Serve salad on a lettuce bed or croissant.
