4 large lettuce leaves | ||
4 crisp-cooked Hy-Vee sweet smoked bacon | ||

Directions
Add chicken, apple and celery; stir until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
To serve, line 4 slices of toasted bread or the bun bottoms with lettuce. Top with bacon, chicken mixture, and if desired, tomato slices. Top with remaining toasted bread slices or bun tops. Serve immediately.
