Directions
In a large deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion to skillet and season, to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, or until slightly softened.
Top onions and garlic with chicken. Cook 7 to 10 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through cooking, or until chicken is browned on each side. Add white wine to pan.
Add Gustare vita Mediterranean sauce and water to skillet. Add half of the basil, and season, to taste, with salt and black pepper. Cook 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees).
Add the chicken to a large glass casserole dish. Top with fresh sliced mozzarella and dried oregano. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 8 to 9 minutes or until mozzarella has melted.

To give the cheese an extra depth of flavor, turn your oven broiler on HIGH and broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is slightly browned.Meanwhile, transfer the drained egg noodles into the pan with the sauce. Mix and cook for 1 minute over medium-high heat until pasta is cooked through. Add pasta to plate, top with chicken and then with fresh basil. If desired, serve with additional grated Parmigano Regiano and chopped basil.
