1 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning | ||
4 Hy-Vee fajita tortillas | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
8 tbsp. Hy-Vee refried beans, heated, divided | ||
Hy-Vee shredded lettuce, optional | ||
Hy-Vee salsa or diced tomatoes, optional | ||
Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese, optional | ||
Hy-Vee sliced olives, optional | ||
Hy-Vee light sour cream, optional |
Directions
- Rub each chicken breast with taco seasoning. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove from grill. Keep warm.
- Increase heat to high. Brush tortillas with oil. Grill 4 minutes; turn. Grill an additional 3 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
- Remove chicken from bone; shred. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons beans. Top with shredded chicken and remaining ingredients, if desired.
