    2 (8 oz each) split chicken breasts
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    4 Hy-Vee fajita tortillas
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    8 tbsp. Hy-Vee refried beans, heated, divided
    Hy-Vee shredded lettuce, optional
    Hy-Vee salsa or diced tomatoes, optional
    Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese, optional
    Hy-Vee sliced olives, optional
    Hy-Vee light sour cream, optional

    Directions

    1. Rub each chicken breast with taco seasoning. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove from grill. Keep warm.
    2. Increase heat to high. Brush tortillas with oil. Grill 4 minutes; turn. Grill an additional 3 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
    3. Remove chicken from bone; shred. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons beans. Top with shredded chicken and remaining ingredients, if desired.
