4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1-1/4 pounds) | ||
1 small onion, thinly sliced | ||
2 (14.5 oz each) cans diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained | ||
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained | ||
4 servings hot cooked spaghetti | ||
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F.
- Center one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds™ Wrap Everday Heavy Duty aluminum foil. Top with onion. Combine tomatoes and olives; spoon over top.
- Bring up foil sides. Double-fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
- Grill 14 to 18 minutes in covered grill OR bake 20 to 25 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven.
- Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
