2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
½ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream
2 oz. Hy-Vee plain cream cheese, softened
½ tbsp. Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
1 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Directions

  1. Microwave corn on HIGH for 4 minutes. Cut kernels off cobs. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Add corn and jalapeno peppers. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, salt, and chili powder. Heat mixture through. Serve topped with crisp cooked bacon. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro.
