Zest of one lime | ||
1 tbsp. lime juice | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
½ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, at room temperature |
Directions
- Combine lime zest, lime juice, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Stir into butter.
- Shape into stick shape on butter wrapper or put into a small covered bowl. If shaping into a stick, wrap tightly with wrapper or plastic wrap once the butter is firm. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
