    2 lbs. strawberries, hulled and sliced
    ½ c. amaretto liquor
    2 c. Hy-Vee fat-free vanilla yogurt
    ½ c. Hy-Vee orange juice
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries and amaretto. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    2. Drain strawberries. Reserve 1 cup strawberry slices. In a blender, combine remaining strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, milk, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.

    3. Pour into a large serving bowl. Stir in 1 cup strawberry slices. Cover and chill until serving.
