    1 Hy-Vee Bakery asiago bagel
    1 tbsp. chipotle mayonnaise
    2 oz. chipotle-seasoned chicken breast lunchmeat
    2 tomato slices
    2 fresh basil leaves
    1 slice(s) chipotle Gouda or any chipotle cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
    2. Split bagel. Spread cut sides with chipotle mayonnaise. Top bottom of bagel with lunchmeat, tomato slices, basil, cheese and top bagel half.
    3. Add bagel sandwich to skillet. Cover sandwich in foil and top with a heavy pan, pressing firmly to press sandwich together. Continue to cook, flipping once, until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
