Chipotle Chicken Bagel Panini

1 tbsp. chipotle mayonnaise | ||
2 oz. chipotle-seasoned chicken breast lunchmeat | ||
2 tomato slices | ||
2 fresh basil leaves | ||
1 slice(s) chipotle Gouda or any chipotle cheese |
Directions
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
- Split bagel. Spread cut sides with chipotle mayonnaise. Top bottom of bagel with lunchmeat, tomato slices, basil, cheese and top bagel half.
- Add bagel sandwich to skillet. Cover sandwich in foil and top with a heavy pan, pressing firmly to press sandwich together. Continue to cook, flipping once, until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.
