Directions
- Heat baking chips in a small bowl in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds on 50% power. Stir well and continue microwaving in 10-second increments on 50% power until nearly melted. Stir until smooth.
- Working quickly, spoon melted baking chips into each cup of a Hy-Vee silicone chocolate mold, filling each cup to the top. Gently tap the mold on the countertop to release air bubbles. Smooth surface with an offset spatula.
- Let filled mold stand in a cool, dry place until candies are hardened. Turn silicone molds inside out to release the hardened candies.
