1 (18.4 oz) pkg Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix | ||
3 eggs | ||
6 tbsp. margarine | ||
6 tbsp. evaporated milk | ||
1 ½ c. sugar | ||
½ c. chocolate chips | ||
½ c. miniature marshmallows |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Combine cherry pie filling, cake mix and eggs. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Bring margarine, milk and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. Beat by hand until creamy. Spread on cooled cake.
