2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 (24.3 oz) tub Philadelphia cheesecake filling | ||
¼ c. plus 2 tbsp Hy-Vee mini chocolate chips, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crushed cookies, butter and sugar in a 9-inch pie pan. Press to form crust. Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Stir together cheesecake filling and 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Spread into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips.
