    ½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable shortening
    1 ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    1 c. Tofutti sour supreme
    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    ½ c. soy flour
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    ½ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.
    2. In a medium bowl, cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fold in sour supreme.
    3. Sift together flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in mini chocolate chips and pecan pieces. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    4. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
