1 ½ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||
1 c. Tofutti sour supreme | ||
2 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour | ||
½ c. soy flour | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
1 c. mini chocolate chips | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree.
- In a medium bowl, cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Fold in sour supreme.
- Sift together flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir into creamed mixture. Stir in mini chocolate chips and pecan pieces. Cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
