Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Beat granulated sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl, then stir in melted chocolate and eggs, one at a time. Gradually mix in flour mixture.
Stir in remaining 1 cup morsels. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hour or until dough is chilled and firm.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shape dough into 1-1/2-inch balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until sides are set but centers are still slightly soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks and cool completely.
