    1 (12 oz) pkg semisweet chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz) pkg milk chocolate chips
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. peppermint extract

    Directions

    1. Combine chips and butter in a double boiler; when melted, remove from heat. Add milk, vanilla and peppermint extract. Spread in a 7-by-11-inch pan.
    2. Cut into pieces.
